OVERVIEW
After successfully running restaurant and winery Olivigna for four years, the team at Olivigna set their sights on an expansion a new winery called Pietro Gallus Estate (formerly known as Pietro Gallo Estate). They recently launched their newest venture which consists of a product range of Grappa and Liqueurs made in-house at their very own distillery as well as introducing a Cellar Door to the estate.
